Rental Information

Online payments accepted at https://1810state.securecafe.com or at the leasing office by cashier's check.

All utilities (with exception of electric) are billed two months in arrears through the resident portal.

Electric and internet are paid separately through SDG&E and your chosen internet provider.

Fobs and Garage Entry

Fobs and garage entry devices are used to access the main entry points of the building, including the parking garage. Please contact the leasing office or after-hours security for any concerns.

Visitor Parking Information

Visitor parking is located on the first floor of the parking garage. Residents are responsible for registering guests via https://1810statesf.parkingattendant.com

Reminder: Double parking is not permitted and may result in towing. If your vehicle has been towed, contact Western Towing at (619) 297-8697.

Trash Chutes

Trash chutes are located on each floor in the North Hallway. Please do not throw boxes down the trash chute to avoid blockages. The recycling dumpster is in the trash room on P1 next to the garage exit gate.

Mailboxes

Mailboxes are located in the lobby next to the Parcel Pending lockers. Register at https://www.parcelpending.com

To request pest-control service, contact the leasing office. Service forms requiring resident signature will be provided before treatment.
